It's also effective in setting flashings or roofing material edges as well as dampproofing and waterproofing below-grade or underground surfaces. Use it around skylights, vents, exhaust pipes, chimneys, valleys and more. It's easy to apply with a trowel or putty knife. Work the material to an even consistency over and into the area to be repaired. For best results, reinforce with a strip of Universal Patching Fabric. Follow all directions on label for application.
