With a single push button control you can select from 5 15 or 30-minutes or 1 2 or 4-hours before the connected light or device automatically shuts off. With this timer you can leave the bathroom exhaust fan on without having to remember to turn it off later. Countdown timers are an easy way cut down on wasted energy use since lights and fans can be timed to only be on when needed. This timer is compatible with CFL and LED bulbs. To Operate: The button on the bottom cycles through the different settings. There is only one button on the timer so you have to click it until you get to your desired countdown setting. You can manually override the countdown and turn it off early by pushing the button until it cycles through and turns off or you can hold down the button for a few seconds and it will turn off. Ex. You pushed the button twice so it turns the timer to 10min. You want to manually turn it off now so you can either 1) hold down the button or 2) press the button 7-times so it cycles through 15m->20m->30m->1h->2h->4h->off.
