Ultracolor Plus FA with DropEffect(mc) technology is a sanded, polymer-modified, fast-setting, high-quality grout that is non-shrinking, efflorescence-free, and uniformly colored, used for joints ranging from 3 mm to 2.5 cm (1/8 in to 1 in) in width. The DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt, preventing them from penetrating the grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated using HCTMC technology (Hyper Cement Hydration Technology), exclusive to Mapei, to eliminate common issues associated with Portland cement grouts, particularly regarding color uniformity and efflorescence.
